You can add 1 per pre-order. The number if units you can pre-order varies from product to product.
The delivery time for pre-order is mentioned in the respective product listing. However the transit time may vary as per location.
Yes. If you add regular products to your pre-order, your entire order will be shipped when the pre-ordered products are ready. The pre-ordered products will be clearly marked in your Orders page.
The COD option is not available for pre-orders.
Yes, you can change your delivery address once you have placed your order. The address can be changed within 3 days of the pre-order placed. Kindly share the revised address details on [email protected].
Yes, it can be canceled within 3 days of placing the order.
Once you cancel your order, it will take 10 business days on average to process your refund
Returns & Replacements

Items can be returned or replaced, however, if an item is damaged or different from the condition when delivered then there will be no replacement or refund.
In case a damaged or a wrong shipment is delivered, customer care representative should be notified within 7 days of the purchase.

If a replacement/repair has been requested by you and is accepted by our customer care representative then you can send us the product on our address provided by our customer care representative and the needful can be done for the same. If you don’t get the replacement/repaired item then contact our customer care team, they will willingly help you.

Comments that would be inappropriate would be deleted without any prior notice.
